• Fulfillment & Timelines: Standard shipping is utilized via USPS Media Mail based on weight-dependent parameters, with delivery timelines subject to postal service transit fluctuations.

• Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title for all physical items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to our shipping carrier (USPS). We are not legally or financially liable for shipping delays, carrier logjams, or packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are lost or stolen post-delivery.

• All Sales Final: Because The Daily Rhythm journal is a consumable, interactive resource designed to be written in and customized by a child, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

• Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged or defective due to transit, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographic proof of the damage to be eligible for a complimentary replacement copy.
