I believe that every child is an Explorer navigating a vast "Inner Landscape," and every parent has the potential to be their most trusted Compass Partner.

 

With a B.S. in Psychology, an M.Ed. in Special Education, and a post-graduate certificate in school leadership and administration, I’ve seen firsthand how the right tools can transform a child's ability to self-manage and grow.

 

But my most important "fieldwork" happens at home. As a mom of three, I know that the most profound growth happens in the quiet, messy, and honest moments between a parent and a child.

 

Why We Created Our Natural Feelings 

Even with the tools I had as a seasoned educator, I found myself struggling to help my own children through their BIG emotions. As we navigated these feelings together, I realized the greatest gift I could give them was the understanding that feelings are not permanent—and that they already have the strength to move through them, they just needed a few tools and practice.

 

My next gift to them is showing them that when they need a Compass Partner to help guide the way or steady ground to stand on, they can count on me. They are the Explorer leading the way on their journey, but they are never alone.

My mission is to provide you with the "steady ground" you need to guide your Explorer through every season—from the quiet of the Slow Raindrop to the brightest of the Sunny Sun days.
