Thank you for bringing Our Natural Feelings into your home! Because our product is an interactive, consumable resource designed to be written in, drawn on, and personalized by your Explorer, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.
 

We want you to love your experience with Our Natural Feelings, so please review our guidelines below for exceptions regarding shipping damage.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

Your journal should arrive ready for the daily rhythm. If your order arrives damaged from transit or has a manufacturing defect, we want to make it right.
 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Business Email] with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the damage to the packaging and/or the journal
     

Once we review the photo, we will gladly ship out a replacement copy to you at no extra charge.


Cancellations

Because we work quickly to pack your items and get them out the door, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout.
