Shipping Policy

Welcome to Our Natural Feelings! We are so excited to send our product to your family. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver our resources to your doorstep.

 

1. Processing Times

We are a small, dedicated team. All orders for physical journals are processed and packed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has officially hit the trail.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

To keep your costs as low as possible, we ship our journals using USPS Media Mail. Because our journal is an educational book resource, it qualifies for this special, cost-effective rate.

  • Shipping Cost:   

    • 1 Journal: $4.50 standard shipping

    • 2–4 Journals: $6.50 flat rate shipping

    • 5+ Journals (or orders over $100): FREE SHIPPING 🌟

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–8 business days after processing.

Please Note: While Media Mail is highly reliable, transit times can occasionally fluctuate depending on the post office workload. If you need your journal by a specific date (like a birthday or the start of a school semester), please reach out to us before ordering to discuss expedited options.

3. Local Pickup

Because we are proudly rooted in the Northern Virginia community, we love connecting with local families! If you live in the Arlington or Fairfax area and would prefer to skip the shipping wait, please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.

  • Pickup instructions and location details will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your order.

  • Please bring your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to register and update in the carrier's system.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Yes! Because we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for our Media Mail shipments, we can comfortably deliver to all domestic P.O. Boxes.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to USPS, the journey is out of our direct hands. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or items marked as "Delivered" by the post office that go missing.

However,  if your tracking status has stalled for more than 14 business days, please reach out to us at [Insert Business Email] so we can help you investigate.
